Not My Mommy's Purse "Rosebud" Pattern *

The "Not My Mommy's Purse" or "Rosebud" pattern by Kathleen Willis is a smaller purse pattern that is perfect for little girl's with 4 pockets and comfortable double handles.  This pattern is quilted and the skill level is advanced beginner with a finished size of 9" x 7" x 3".

Materials Needed:

• Outside fabric - 3/4 yard
• Inside fabric - 1 yard
• Warn & Natural Batting - 20" x 32"
• Fusible Fleece - 1/8 yard (for inside straps)
• 1/2 yard Easy Pattern or Tissue paper/Freezer paper for tracing pattern pieces.
• Size 18 sewing machine needle
• Erasable marking pen or chalk
• Plastic canvas (for base)
• Button or decorative pin if using Velcro
• Velcro - 1" x 1" (optional if you do not want to make a buttonhole)
