Sassy Swing Bag Pattern *

The Sassy Swing Bag pattern by Lisa Amundson of Around The Bobbin is easy to make with a generous top curved opening, lots of room inside, and purchased handles or make your own!  Finished size is approximately 10 1/2"H x 9 3/4"W x 3"D.

Materials Needed:  Fabric is 42" to 44" wide and cotton quilting, linen, or decorator fabric is recommended

• 2/3 yard feature fabric for purse lower front and back, bottom, tabs, lining pockets, and fabric handles (1/2 yard if you opt for purchased handles)
• 1/3 yard coordinating fabric for purse upper front and back and lining upper front and back
• 1/4 yard lining fabric for lining lower front, lower back and bottom
• Interfacing (44" to 45" wide) - 1 1/4 yards of medium to heavy weight fusible interfacing such as Pellon decor bond or craft bond
• 1 magnetic snap closure set
•  2 3/4" x 9 5/8" piece of plastic canvas
