Getaway Bag Pattern

The Getaway Bag Pattern by Aunties Two is a weekend travel bag that is also the perfect size to carry your sewing machine and supplies for a quilting getaway!  There are double handles and a decorative bow on the side with a finished size of 20"W x 18"Tall.

Materials Needed:
Fabric 44" wide - do not use directional print fabrics
Inn-Control Plus - a double sided fusible batting - 58" wide (This is a foam lined double sided fusible interfacing)

• Fabric A - Bag body - 1 1/2 yards
• Fabric B - Pockets - 2 1/4 yards
• Fabric C - Binding, handles, ties, and bottom - 1 3/4 yards
• Inn-Control Plus - 1 1/2 yards
• Plastic plumbing tubing (.170 1/4" polyethylene) - 7 feet
• Optional - 8" x 20" rectangle of acrylic for bag bottom
