Chloe Bag Pattern *

The Chloe Bag Pattern by Clare Horseman of Clares Place is a great pattern to use up those scraps of fabric!  Use Fat Quarters, just a little more than a half yard of fabric, and scraps to make an eye catching handbag with a single strap, a top panel, and a small front flap.  Finished size is approximately 12" (30cm) wide x 10" tall (26cm) not including handles.  Pattern pieces are included for the main bag, the gusset, and the flap.

Materials Needed: Fabric is 44" wide

• 5/8 yard (.60m) solid color fabric (for gusset, handle, top band, and lining)
• 1 fat quarter for small print fabric
• 1 fat quarter of a stripe fabric
• 1 fat eighth of white fabric
• 7/8 yard (.8m) light iron on Pellon or fusible interfacing (Shapewell or other)
• 9 assorted small buttons
• 1" button
