Gigi Zip Tote Pattern

The Gigi Zip Tote Pattern by Purse Strings is a large tote with side zippers, allowing you to expand the amount of space in your bag! This unique feature adds an additional 8" to your tote. There are instructions for a sturdy removable bottom and the finished size is 17"W x 14"H.

Materials Needed:

• FABRIC:
• 1 yard outer bag fabric for bag, bag bottom, and handles
• 1 and 1/2 yards lining fabric for bag lining, bga bottom, gussets, pockets, stiff bag bottom insert, and bias binding
• 1 and 1/2 yards of 20" Decor Bond
• 3/4 yard of 45" Thermolam fusible fleece
• 1/3 yard of 20" Peltex one-sided fusible
• (2) 18" or 22" decorative zippers
• Size 14-16 jeans sewing machine needles
• 3/4" D-ring latch set
