Braid Me Up, Scotty Pattern

The "Braid Me Up, Scotty" Bag pattern by Sisters' Common Thread has double uniquely braided handles and can be made with pre-cut jelly rolls (2 and 1/2" strips of fabric). The back and lining of this bag is the perfect size for fat quarters and the finished size is approximately 16" x 14" x 5".

Materials Needed:

• One Jelly Roll Pack of 20 strips (2 and 1/2" strips of fabric)
• Two fat quarters for lining
• One fat quarter for bag pack
• One fat quarter contrast for grommet band and inside pocket
• 2 and 3/4 yards light to medium weight iron-on interfacing 20" wide
• Four 1" opening grommets ( we carry these grommets at PursePatterns.com in champagne, bronze, silver, black, and gold)
