The Middle School Messenger Bag Pattern *

The Middle School Messenger Bag Pattern by Schoolhouse Patterns is an easy to make cross body bag pattern that is the perfect size for either young or old! This bag pattern has a single shoulder strap and a front flap. Finished size is 9" x 9" with instructions for a 50" strap (make it shorter if you want!).

Materials Needed:

• 3/4 yard of fabric for flap, top fabric and strap
• 1 Fat Quarter of fabric for bottom
• 1/2 yard of fabric for lining
• 1/2 yard of plain white flannel or fusible fleece for interfacing
