Malibu Sling Pattern

The Malibu Sling Pattern by Pink Sand Beach Designs includes sewing instructions and non-rectangular pattern templates for creating a stylish convertable backpack or shoulder bag that is fun to sew. Magnetic snap under the flap keeps everything securely inside, and opens wide when needed with two side snaps. Zipper pocket on the back and four inside pockets. The straps can be made any length. Finished size: 12" W at the top x 11 1/2" T x 5" D.

• FQ fabric 2 - bag flap
• FQ fabric 3 - bag sides
• 1/2 yd fabric 4 - straps, handle and bottom
• 1/2 yd fabric 5 - lining
• 1 yd Pellon #987 Fusible Fleece
• 1/2 yd Pellon Decorbond #809 fusible
• 1/8 yd Pellon #71 Peltex single side fusible
• 14" all purpose polyester zipper & zipper pull
• (4) 1" swivel hook
• (4) 1" D-ring
• (3) 3/4" magnetic snap
