Drawstring Bags Pattern

The Drawstrings Bags Pattern by Suzanne Wenzlick of Suzanne's Art House includes sewing instructions for creating drawstring bags is two sizes. Finished sizes: Medium - 10" x 10" x 5"; Large - 14" x 14" x 6".

Materials needed Medium [Large]:

• 1/4 yd [1/4 yd] fabric - top of bag
• 1/4 yd [1/4 yd] fabric - center line & fabric handles
• 1/4 yd [1/4 yd] fabric - base of bag
• 10" [10"] x WOF fabric - drawstring closure top
• 1/2 yd [1/2 yd] lining fabric
• 1-1/8 yds [1/5/8 yds] of 20" wide SF101 - lining and handles
• 1/2 yd [1/2 yd] Pellon 987F Fusible Fleece - front of bag
• (2) 36" [46"] of 1/4" cotton cording - drawstring closure

Note: You can use cotton webbing instead of fabric handles.
