Brekky Bags Pattern *

The Brekky Bags Pattern by Quilt Cadets includes sewing instructions and pattern templates for creating a crossbody bag in three styles. Every kid needs a Brekky Bag crossbody bag in their lives! Now you can make your own! This pattern designed by Annabel Wrigley from Little Pincushion Studio is magical. Choose from either a Pop Tart or Waffle or you can just let your favorite fabric fabric shine. Prize in each pattern. Finished size: 8" W x 10" H.

Materials needed:

• 1/4 yd quilting cotton -  outsides bag fabric
• 1/4 yd quilting cotton - fabric for pocket
• 1/4 yd canvas - lining
• 1/2 yd lightweight fusible interfacing Pellon SF101
• 1-1/2 yds Paracord OR narrow strudy trim - strap
• 5" of 1/2" OR 3/4" wide twill tape
• (2) large beads, at least 1/2"
• 9" OR 10" nylon zipper
• Felt scraps for face (optional)
• Fabric glue
• Pop-Tart Option: 8" x 10" fabric OR felt - icing + 8" x 10" fusible web + felt scraps
• Waffle Option: 1/2 yd fusible web + 6" x 11-1/2" brown fabric + 7" x 9" brown felt - syrup + 3" x 5" yellow felt - butter + pinking shears for zigzag cut (optional)
