ReCycle Tote Bags Pattern

The ReCycle Tote Bags Pattern by Kristine Poor of Poorhouse Quilt Designs includes sewing instructions for creating tote bags in two sizes using 6", 8", 10" or 12" leftover blocks! The tote size is dependent on the block size. The pattern works well with small panels, embroidery projects, pre-cut strips, or scraps! The ReCycle tote pattern is part of our Re-Imagine series for leftover blocks. The pattern is suitable for advanced beginners to intermediates. Perfect for an introductory bag making class! The pattern does not provide instructions for the blocks shown, allowing quilters the flexibility to select any blocks they prefer.

Finished sizes:

• 6" or 8" block (Small tote): 11" W x 10" H x 3" D
• 10" or 12" block (Large tote): 15" W x 14" H x 3" D

Materials needed Small (Large):

• 1 block for each tote
• 1/2 yd (5/8 yd) main fabric
• 1/8 yd (1/8 yd) accent fabric
• 3/4 yd (1 yd) lining fabric
• 3/4 yd (1 yd) fusible fleece 987F
