Madison Bag Pattern

The Madison Bag Pattern by Natalie Santini of SewHungryHippie includes sewing instructions and pattern template for creating a bag with a spacious exterior slip-in pocket, a large exterior zipper pocket made with my new "easy" method, a recessed zipper opening, and some interior slip-in pockets and a zipper pocket. Written specifically for cork and vinyl materials, with minimal interfacing required. Finished size: 12" W x 9" H x 4-1/2" D.

Materials needed:

• 1/2 yd vinyl OR (2) 18" x 26" rolls of cork
  • OR 3/4 yd fabric + 3 yds SF101 + stabilizer of choice
• 12" x 12" water proof canvas (optional)
• 3/4 yd lining fabric
• 1 yd SF101
• 43" of #5 size nylon zipper + (3) pulls
• (2) 1-1/2" D-Rings
• 1-1/2" slider
