Money Bags Wallet Pattern *

The Money Bags Wallet Pattern by Purse-O-Nalities of Palm Harbor makes a tri-fold wallet which has a back zipper pocket (with easy instructions!), a credit card/id holder, separate checkbook cover, and even optional straps to make to convert the wallet into a small shoulder bag or wristlet.  Finished size is 8 1/4" x 4 1/4" closed.  The photo shows several views of this wallet.

Materials Needed:

• 2/3 yd Main Fabric for wallet body, checkbook cover, zipper pocket lining, side trim, and checkbook sleeves
• 1/2 yd of Coordinating Fabric for the credit card holder, checkbook pocket, checkbook interior
• 1/3 yd Fleece/Batting (44" wide)
• OR
• 1/2 yd Heavyweight interfacing (44" wide)
• 1 - 7" zipper
• 1 - 18mm Magnetic Snap
• OR
• 2 - 14mm Magnetic Snaps
• Optional - If including shoulder strap or wristlet strap, add 1/8 yd to Main Fabric yardage and 2" Velcro
