Small Books Fabric Cover Pattern *

The Small Books Fabric Cover pattern by Craft Apple Creations is a pattern to make a mini patchfolio, quilted brag book, and artist drawing case in a fabric patchwork design. The artist case has slots for 6 crayons and a drawing pad.  The Brag book has a quilted cover and pockets for 6 4 inch x 6 inch photos and the Mini Patchfolio is made from fat quarters and holds a 5 inch x 8 inch legal pad.

Materials Needed:

• THE LITTLE ARTIST DRAWING CASE: Two 1/2 yds of fabric
• 2 yds lightweight fusible interfacing
• Glue (Elmers, etc.)
• 17 inches of 7/8 inch grosgrain ribbon
• 1 medium size cereal box
• 6 Crayons
• 1 50-count drawing paper pad
• Fusible webbing (optional)
• THE MINI PATCHFOLIO: 3 coordinating fat quarters
• 1/3 yd batting
• 3/4 yd lightweight fusible interfacing
• 1 medium size cereal box
• 5 inch x 8 inch legal pad
• THE QUILTED BRAG BOOK: 3 sheets clear binding presentation covers
• 1/2 yd cotton fabric
• Small piece of batting (about 9 inches x 14 inches)
• 1/4 yd craft stabilizer (such as Peltex 70)
